Use a three to four line paragraph selling your personality or what you hope to achieve. Emphasise what you have to offer rather than what you expect.

Achievements / Key Projects / Key Skills
Use a set of bullet pointed paragraphs which highlight your greatest achievements or demonstrate specialist skills in more detail.

Career History / Experience / Career Details / Career Summary
List your employment periods or projects you have worked on. This can be very brief using just headings or more detailed. Keep the CV to a maximum of two pages and don't list irrelevant information.

Education & Qualifications / Training
List qualifications gained only in the last ten years, on-the-job training or specialist training.

Other Achievements / Special Projects
At an interview make yourself memorable. Include something different about your life experience and any charity work you have completed.

Interests & Activities
Write a paragraph about how you use your spare time. This section will be used by a professional interviewer to break the ice and assess your personality.

List benefits such as driving licence, passport and if your a non-smoker.
